Our Bank in Ghana was declared the 2021 Most Diverse and Inclusive Financial Institution of the Year at the first « Ghana Women in Finance and Investment Awards ».

This event was organized by WIFIS « Women in Finance & Investment Summit », to recognize women that are doing well in the Finance and Investment sector as well as Institutions that are taking conscious steps to address inequality in the Financial Industry.

The BOA-GHANA Women’s Mentoring Program which is an initiative of the DMD Fatoumata Gakou, has nurtured a lot of women in the Bank with some assuming various managerial roles and are performing exceptionally well.
