On November 23, BANK OF AFRICA – UGANDA won the quality award seal of excellence 2022-2023 at the East Africa Brand Quality Awards (EABQA) ceremony in Kampala. This event is organized by the communication agency Brand Impact.

The Bank was the golden winner in the commercial finance and banking institution category.

The EABQA were instituted by Brand Impact to encourage quality improvements in manufacturing and service sectors. The seal of excellence can be bestowed upon both public and private organisations.

Last year, BOAU was awarded the best end to end customer service solution in East Africa in the same awards.
