Nebeday is a well-known association in Senegal, engaged for the proper management and development of the country’s natural resources.

In 2022, it received funding of 2 million CFAF (3,000 euros) for a reforestation operation involving 1,500,000 trees.

Recently, BOA-SENEGAL was invited by the association to Toubacouta, 230 km from Dakar.

On the program of the visits, there were:

• Tree nurseries for reforestation
• Jam, charcoal and improved fireplace manufacturing workshops
• reforestation site in a forest
• store that sells various processed natural products.
