In Senegal, on 11 March 2023, the BANK OF AFRICA Foundation organized a free campaign to screen for breast and cervical cancers at a health center in Mboro, a city 120 km north of Dakar.

From 6 to 10 March, this campaign received a lot of media coverage: radio awareness, social networks and outreach.

A total of 428 women participated in screening sessions : 54 suspected cases and 1 serious case were detected.

This is the 8^th edition, and since last year, the Foundation decided to focus these campaigns to communities with low medical coverage.
