Since April 2022, BANK OF AFRICA GROUP has taken over the management of La Congolaise de Banque (LCB), a Congolese bank of which BANK OF AFRICA BMCE Bank is the largest shareholder with a stake of approximately 38%.

Benefiting from the synergy of the large BANK OF AFRICA network, the Congolese Bank is gradually converging towards the Group’s processes and standards and benefits from its multi-business support.

To support this dynamic, the LCB Board of Directors of February 15, 2023 validated the placement of our logo alongside that of the LCB.

This approach illustrates exactly our signature: « As strong as a Group, as close as a partner » now deployed in the Republic of Congo, in CEMAC area.

The BANK OF AFRICA Group is now present in 18 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
